The movie is the story of a teenage feminist uprising in a high school (where everybody talks like walking Twitter accounts), but it is so ham-fisted and narratively underwhelming that it does disservice to its own cause.

The Unverifieds discuss the new Netflix documentary Operation Varsity Blues, which is all about the infamous 2019 college admissions scandal, and how even though the documentary is enjoyable, it misses the mark of putting more blame on the true culprits: the elite colleges themselves (as opposed to bad-apple rich parents and sports coaches). They also talk about how the cultivation of the "Ivy League mindset" poisons society, especially minority communities in creating stratified intra-racial hierarchies.
